Dawn Chorus

I'm linking this back to both Inspiration Avenue's 'Sunrises and Sunsets' and Illustration Friday's 'Tribute', as with this picture I really wanted to honour Spring mornings.  I'm usually not up early enough to hear the beginning of the dawn chorus, but warmer weather means sleeping with the windows open, so now I get to listen to the birds in full swing when I wake up.  Sometimes I go for an early morning run around nearby country paths and along the river, and it's especially nice when the light rain makes the grass and all the flowers smell amazing.  I suppose what I'm saying is "Yay for Spring and roll on Summer!"
