I've recently discovered an artist called Charley Harper. I got his book Birds and Words, and soon after on a trip to London, was fortuntate enough to find An Illustrated Life, which is a big book of his published illustrations.
Birds and Words is fantastic though, as the characters he makes of the birds, through his writings as well as his pictures are really charming. You can tell he liked birds a lot! I think his illustrations are awesome.
